Digital Services
All services offered on Beautylist are digital and non-tangible. Once a listing, promotion, or advertising service has been activated or delivered, it is considered used.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once activated:
Business listings (free or paid)
Featured or sponsored listings
Advertising placements
Promotional services
Any digital service that has already gone live
This includes situations where a listing has been published, featured, or made visible on the platform.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
Duplicate charges made in error
Technical issues that prevented service activation and could not be resolved
Charges applied incorrectly due to a system error
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Review of Refund Requests
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of Beautylist.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Listing Removal or Suspension
Removal or suspension of a listing due to:
Policy violations
Misrepresentation
Breach of Terms of Use
Does not qualify for a refund.
Changes to This Policy
Beautylist reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of paid services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
